
Do you ever just crave a salad in the winter? Don’t get me wrong, hot stew and hearty soup are lovely, but fresh fruit and veggies are a welcome change of pace when the novelty of winter starts to wane. Here I present my version of the Winter Greek Salad from the cookbook Cook This Book by Molly Baz featuring persimmons, cucumber, salty feta and olives, and fresh oregano.
